Don’t miss me at BDIA Showcase!!
As you may have seen in my recent email (don't receive them and want to sign up? Click here), I am going to be ‘on tour' over the next few weeks, kicking off this Thursday at the BDIA Showcase in Docklands Excel. I will be there in conjunction with ADAM (Association of Dental Administrators and Managers) on Stand RO3F.
I will have one key message for all visitors to the stand - How much could your practice potentially be losing?!
If your practice doesn't convert new patient enquiries effectively, then you could be losing hundreds of thousands of pounds in just one year. It never ceases to amaze me that so many practices will put in a huge amount of effort and funds into marketing without ever thinking about how you might convert all these new enquiries? So, you may have a spangly new website, great welcome packs and signage to die for. What is your conversion rate for new enquiries? If you don't know the answer to that question or you do and it is low, we need to talk!
