BACD Workshop - Hold on to your patients
I cannot wait to see many of you at this week's BACD Annual Conference in Liverpool. It promises to be a fantastic opportunity for dentists to meet with like-minded individuals as well as keep up-to-date with the latest clinical tips and business management expertise. This workshop has been specially designed for the BACD event by myself and is a workshop on how to handle telephone calls. One may think that this was straightforward but alas it is not. So many dentists and teams do not know how to use the telephone effectively in their business. It is the most powerful sales tool that you have, but many allocate little time towards the capable use of it. I see many practices throwing money away on a daily basis - just see my infographic on how much your practice could lose in a year. How sure are you that your practice does this well now? If there is just one scintilla of doubt, I recommend you see me on Saturday.
